THE opening partnership of Liz Hurley and Aussie cricket legend Shane Warne is still going strong. The pair were seen strolling on the New York set of US TV series Gossip Girl, in which Liz, 46, will play a powerful media mogul. Bowler Shane, 41, has already given himself a make-over to keep up with all the showbiz spin.
