Scream 4 premieres with veterans and rookies

Wes Craven’s “Scream 4″ premiered at Grauman’s Chinese Theater last night, followed by an after party, presented by AXE Shower, at the Redbury Hotel. The “Scream” franchise is one of the most iconic and recognizable of modern horror, a tradition that continues in “Scream 4″ with the return of several of the most memorable characters.
Neve Campbell was out and about last night, sticking close to Courtney Cox throughout the evening. Among the other stars to show at the event were, of course, David Arquette, Anna Paquin, Alison Brie, Kristen Bell, Lucy Hale, Hayden Panettiere and Jamie Kennedy.
