LOS ANGELES — Six weeks after Arnold Schwarzenegger revealed he had fathered a child out of wedlock, wife Maria Shriver filed divorce papers Friday to end their marriage of 25 years.

The former television journalist and Kennedy family heiress cited irreconcilable differences but offered no additional details about the breakup.

She also did not list a date when the couple separated, although they announced they had done so May 9.

A week later, the former governor and one-time action star admitted he fathered a child with a member of his household staff years ago.

PRINCE Albert of Monaco has tied the knot with Charlene Wittstock dubbed the runaway bride amid claims she tried to flee before yesterdays wedding.

Former Olympic swimmer Charlene, 33, smiled radiantly as she said I do at a civil ceremony in the throne room of the Royal Palace in the principality.

It came after the French press claimed the South African blonde got cold feet after hearing of the Princes alleged infidelity.

Charlene is said to have been intercepted by detectives at Nice airport as she tried to travel back to her native country and even had her passport confiscated before rejoining the Prince for a hand-in-hand tour of Monaco to quell rumours.

Suspicion still surrounds the marriage despite the bride walking down the aisle in a blue jacket and skirt at the Palace to become Princess Charlene of Monaco.

A palace official threatened to sue newspapers over the rumours, saying: The Princes Palace firmly denies the allegations.

Prince Albert, 53, has previously fathered two illegitimate children, Jazmin, 19, who was born to an American estate agent, and seven-year-old Alexandre with air hostess Nicole Coste.

The festivities continue today with a more elaborate religious ceremony and a gala dinner for guests including heads of state, royals and sports and fashion icons.

Thousands gathered in the Palace square yesterday to watch the nuptials on screens and enjoyed post-ceremony cocktails and entertainment paid for by the royal family.

The new trailer for Unlawful Killing, Keith Allen‘s controversial documentary about Princess Diana, has been unveiled exclusively on Digital Spy.

The one-and-a-half minute video has debuted on July 1, 2011 – the day the Princess would have celebrated her 50th birthday.

Pippa Middleton seems willing to give another chance to her relationship with Alex Loudon.

The two have reportedly split, but they attended day eight of the Wimbledon Grand Slam tournament in London together.27-year-old Pippa and 30-year-old Alex had their arms around one another and smiled during the matches. They were joined by Pippa’s parents Carole and Michael Middleton.More than that, according to several sources, Pippa was seen leaving Alex’s London apartment last Friday morning.At the time of their split, sources claimed that Pippa “wants to travel and work abroad….Alex’s job doesn’t exactly allow for long weekends abroad and nights out during the week”.
