People: Steven Tyler, Randy Jackson will return to ‘American Idol’; Jennifer Lopez undecided
Steven Tyler and Randy Jackson have signed on to return as “American Idol” judges next season, reports said Wednesday. Third judge Jennifer Lopez remains “on the fence” about whether to come back.
Tyler and J.Lo have been credited with breathing new life, and somewhat improved ratings, into the hit Fox-TV show. In return, both singers got a career boost.
Lopez has said in numerous interviews she’s hesitant to return to the show because she has so many other projects going on .
“I don’t know,” Lopez told BBC Radio earlier this month. “I haven’t been forced to make a decision and I’m glad about that because honestly, I’m very on the fence about it.”
We’re sure this has nothing Vote to with her trying to wrangle more money out of Fox-TV.
It was not disclosed what salaries Tyler and Jackson will command next season.
